Grown at an altitude of 2000 meters, this microlot is a blend of Bourbon, Maragogype, and Pache varieties, processed using the washed method. Expect notes of blackberry crumble, warming spices, and dark chocolate, perfectly suited for the colder months. The mature fruit flavors and boozy acidity round out this festive coffee, making it the ideal espresso for cozying up during the holiday season.
